Porter’s Digital Cameras and Imaging announces the arrival of the new Canon EOS Rebel T3i digital camera. The new T3i version is a much anticipated refresh of the Canon EOS Rebel line.
Online PR News – 11-March-2011 –Porter’s Digital Cameras and Imaging announces the arrival of the new Canon EOS Rebel T3i digital camera. The new T3i version is a much anticipated refresh of the Canon EOS Rebel line. The new T3i model features a positionable, swivel LCD viewscreen; a first for Canon. The T3i also incorporates improved HD movie functions that offer faster and simpler operation and a reshaped body that provides better grip and hand positioning. Street price on the Canon Rebel T3i body is $799.99 and $899.99 when paired with a Canon 18-55mm IS zoom lens.
The addition of the T3i model to the Rebel line has caused the older Rebel XS and Rebel T1i models to be discontinued. In addition the Canon Rebel T2i which remains in the line has had a one hundred dollar price reduction.
Canon anticipates the release of the new entry level Canon EOS T3 by month’s end.
