CigarCraig Travels to Annual Cigar Event in Reno, NV

This was CigarCraig’s second time attending this event and will be writing extensively about his trip in his blog at CigarCraig.com.  Craig’s last trek to H.A.R.D. was in the year 2000.

The event, based out of the Cal Neva hotel/casino, was well attended by approximately 30 other cigar enthusiasts from across the U.S., who enjoyed a weekend of socializing, gambling and dining. Cigar samples were provided to every attendee from sponsoring cigar companies.  Also in attendance was Steve Saka, President of Drew Estate, whose company was a sponsor of the event.  Other sponsors included: Rocky Patel, Hatuay Cigars and Luis Martinez Cigars.

H.A.R.D. (an acronym for Herf At Reno Dammit), is a pay-as-you-go cigar event that is held every year on the weekend prior to the Thanksgiving holiday.  The event organizer, Bob Greene of Spokane, WA was quoted as saying, "I've been doing this for 11 years and I'll be here again next year."
