There is no mention of the name Shoebooks anywhere since the logo, company name and colors of the reseller are displayed on the screen. An SSL certificate and an IP address are provided by Shoebooks. The set up fee is $1000 and another $300 is required annually for the maintenance of the SSL certificate and the IP address.

If you want to partner with Shoebooks instead of being an associate, the partner license is available and is offered free of charge. The partner license allows the partner to sell the software and receive a share on any software subscription sales.

A Partner License also gives the reseller full access to the reseller’s toolkit. Furthermore, the partner has the right to re-margin the accounting software for any price they like. The partner receives a incremental commission of software sales based upon the number of subscriptions they have.

The partner is billed by Shoebooks and the partner is responsible for billing of their clients. Shoebooks can assist in this process.
