Daimer® increases performance for its value-priced 1000 series of Gum Exterminator® portable steam cleaners and announces a ship date.

Online PR News – 29-April-2011 –WOBURN, MA U.S.A – Daimer Industries®, widely recognized as a leader in gum remover technology, released a shipment date for its enhanced line of entry-level KleenJet® Mega 1000 Gum Exterminator® gum removal machines. The announcement includes two 60 Hz systems and two 50 Hz systems that will all ship by May 15.
"We’ve bumped up the performance on these four machines, completed testing and now the factory is ready to ship the units," announced Matthew Baratta, the global gum remover spokesman for Daimer.com. "We’ve managed to increase pressure and temperature ratings on all four versions of the KleenJet® 1000."
Gum Remover with Increased Power
The four upgraded, enhanced KleenJet® Gum Exterminator® 1000 machines include the:
- KleenJet® 1000 CVG: a 60 Hz commercial steam cleaner that incorporates a full-sized extraction system with HEPA filtration and gum remover system. The new 1,600 watt version produces up to 105 psi of pressure and 356°F temperatures
- KleenJet® 1000 CVGP: A version of the 1000 CVG that adds Daimer®’s patent pending ATIS® germ-killing technology. The technology is integrated into the unit’s 4 liter boiler and destroys common and deadly germs, such as MRSA staphylococcus.
- KleenJet® 1050 CVG: a 50 Hz version of the 1000 CVG offering pressure to 7.2 bar and temperatures to 180°C.
- KleenJet® 1050CVGP: a 50 Hz line that incorporates ATIS® technology into the boiler system.
The 1000 series gum remover machines all include the Daimer® Gum Exterminator® add-on unit that integrates an advanced squeegee with suction, a rust-fighting metallic scraping brush and a gum dissolving liquid. The machines each come with two bottles of concentrated solution that can make a total of 22 gallons, or 83 liters, of finished product. The chemical is water based and formulated for biodegradability and reduced mixing requirements -- once the solution is mixed it stays mixed, unlike some competing dissolving chemicals that must be remixed.
