The highest rated essay won.  The winning essay was written by Mr. Michael Johnson and is titled, Finding a Favorite.

“The response to the contest was overwhelming,” said Steven Rothschild, Limoges.com Brand Manager.  “We knew Limoges fans were passionate about Limoges, but the essays exceeded our expectations.  They are wonderful.  These are real stories about Limoges in peoples’ lives.”

Customers and friends of Limoges.com were also moved by the essays and commented, “This person writes from his heart.  It is authentic and they both must have great fun collecting.” Another wrote, “I have tears in my eyes. This man is so special and endearing to his love and his love's love of Limoges!”

The winning author will receive his choice of Limoges piece from Limoges.com.  He says he will gift his new Limoges to his true love.
