Daimer® announces plans for seven Super Max™ automotive pressure washers in portable and stationary housings designed for vehicle finishes.

Online PR News – 10-May-2011 –WOBURN, MA U.S.A. - Daimer Industries®, established abroad as a source for 50 Hz cleaning systems, released plans for seven 50 Hz lines of mobile and non mobile car wash equipment for auto detailing professionals. The new equipment will offer super heated wet steam cleaning along with modest water flows and selected pressure levels required to clean fragile, expensive vehicle finishes.
"We're introducing these new 50 Hz lines of mobile and non mobile car wash equipment for our customers without 60 Hz power options" according to a statement by Daimer.com's car detailing manager Matthew Baratta. "These seven car pressure washer systems will remove a range of gunk and goo, but won’t damage even the finest automotive paint finishes."
Mobile or Non Mobile Car Wash Equipment?
Daimer®'s new 50 Hz lines will include 4 stationary and 3 mobile car wash systems. The machines are expected to offer high heat levels (to 165ºC) for power cleaning without needed chemicals, and modest pressure levels and water flows engineered to preserve vehicle surfaces.
The stationary auto detailing machines will include the Super Max™ 15250, 15450, 15550 and 15750. The systems will offer rated pressure levels ranging from 48.3 bar for the 15450 to 103.5 bar for 15750. Waterflows will start at 7.6 LPM for the 15250 to 18.9 LPM for the 15750. All the lines of mobile car wash equipment are expected to offer wet steam temperatures that top out at 165ºC.
The mobile car wash equipment, the Super Max™ 6050, 7050 and 12805, will come mounted on commercial wheel units. The three systems also will offer a range of pressure levels with the 6050 rated for 52 bar and the other two machine rated for 67 bar. Waterflows will range from 5.3 LPM for the 6050 to 9.5 LPM for the 7050. The other key difference between the machines will be the heating fuel options. The 6050 and 7050 are heated with propane, while the 12805 can accept heating oils, diesel or even kerosene.
