Brandon Johnson and Terry Zimmerman, two distinguished sales managers from the Performance dealership, were presented a plaque by the Chrysler Group on Wednesday morning, August 10. This is a first-time honor for the dealership, who was one of eight other dealers across the nation to receive the award. They are a front-runner for the 2011 competition as well – for the month of June, Performance Chrysler was the No. 1 seller of certified pre-owned cars in the entire nation.

When it comes to technique, Johnson says it’s all about creating a loyal relationship between the dealer and the customer - “Our success comes from a very strong belief in delivering quality vehicles that are completely re-conditioned to the public so they continue to return for service and their future vehicle needs.”

The recognition shouldn’t be a huge surprise to the dealership, as they go above and beyond, putting cars through rigorous checklists and extending warranties in order to provide the best value, even if it comes at a higher price to the dealer. “We firmly believe in this [certified pre-owned] program and we certify every eligible car, regardless of cost in the service dept.  If it is a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram product and it’s eligible for certification, it gets certified,” Johnson quotes.
