Fiat of Omaha becomes the most recent addition to the Performance Auto Group family of dealerships. Fiat of Omaha will specialize in the sales of compact Italian imported Fiats, as well as other pre-owned luxury vehicles.
The unique Italian dealership, the first in Nebraska, opens its door Tuesday morning, October 18th.
Online PR News – 18-October-2011 –Performance Auto Group welcomes Fiat of Omaha to their family of dealerships, as its doors open today. The dealership began taking orders for vehicles and parts in the early part of October, but the facilities officially open to the public this morning.
Fiat of Omaha is the only new Fiat dealership built from the ground up in the Midwest Region, and one of very few in the country. The next closest Fiat stores in the region reside in Kansas City, Minneapolis, Denver and Chicago, so the Omaha store is a welcomed addition for Nebraskan Fiat enthusiasts.
Fiat, an acronym for Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Tori, offers smaller European-style cruisers that are contemporary and fun imports. Though limited models are available in the U.S. market, Fiat of Omaha will be selling the 2012 Fiat 500 Hatchback and 500C Cabrio Convertible, with the 500 Abarth (Turbo) becoming available in Spring 2012. The new store will also be unique in its pre-owned department, which will only focus on European Models (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Mini Cooper, etc.) and Chrysler Group SRT Models, among a few other sports and niche cars.
