Michigan-based employee group benefits firm McGraw Wentworth was named amongst the top five 2011 Best Small Agents/Brokers to Work For by Business Insurance Magazine

Ranking fourth in 2011, McGraw Wentworth is the only Michigan-based organization dedicated solely to employee group benefits named to the elite list compiled by Business Insurance magazine and the Best Companies Group.
The 2011 Best Places to Work in Insurance nationwide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the insurance industry, benefiting the industry's economy, its workforce and businesses. An employee satisfaction survey measuring the employee experience accounted for 75% of each company’s score. The remaining 25% was derived based on each company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics.
Fifty organizations were named to the list, including small agents/brokers, larger agents/brokers, property/casualty insurers, group life/health insurers, reinsurers, and third party administrators.
