Before joining AGI, Rick was a General Liability Claim Officer at Seabright Insurance Company focusing on creating and managing the process for handling General Liability claims through Third Party Administrators (TPA). Rick was also instrumental in reducing Workers’ Compensation legal spend through the use of best practices, legal billing guidelines, qualitative analysis of counsel, installation of an electronic legal bill review system and staff counsel assessments.

Prior to Seabright, Rick was employed at Lexington Insurance Company and was responsible for directing the disposition of over $100M in exposure in severe/high value casualty claims under primary and excess policies. A licensed attorney in Massachusetts and Illinois, Rick also served as Counsel at Kemper Insurance Company.

Due to his extensive experience with multi-line casualty claims, underwriting and litigation management, Rick has joined AGI as a Vice President and Director of Claim Audit Services where he oversees and manages all phases of complex claim audits and analysis. His unique skill sets and expertise in the areas of complex claims, litigation and audit and inspection further expands AGI's service capabilities.
