Online PR News – 18-May-2012 – Aurora, Illinois – Owner Dana D'Angelo today announced that Teru Amaro Jewelry (http://www.teruamaro.com) will participate in the Fight Like a Girl Fundraiser, taking place at Dolce Amore Restaurant in Naperville, Illinois on Sunday, May 27 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
Dana will be one of several local businesses featured at this event and will be giving a percentage of all sales of her Swarovski crystal jewelry to support Lori Urban, a single Naperville mom with three kids who is battling her third round of ovarian cancer. Before Dana met her husband, she was a single mother for many years. "This gave me a heart and a call to action to help any single mother struggling with an illness, financial difficulties, loss of a job or all three," said D'Angelo. "As a community, we should all be moved to help families dealing with any of these challenges. We can make a huge difference together.”
