FLINT, MI (August 16, 2012)- Flint Based, Michigan Timber & Truss today announced effective, August 15, 2012, that it has been restored to normal operations through the approval of its plan confirmation by the honorable Judge Daniel S Opperman of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
In August 2011 Michigan Timber was bank-forced into Chapter 11 reorganization protection.
We wish to thank all who have stood by us through our bank-forced reorganization and are very grateful for your continued support.
