Press Release share News of Rolling Stones 50th Anniversary Celebrates by Crossfire Hurricane Film.
Online PR News – 06-September-2012 – usa – [themusicassociate.com]Famous music band Rolling Stones will be releasing a documentary film to mark its 50th anniversary.
In the new documentary, many career-defining moments of the band will be shared with the public. Now the public will have the privilege to see the band’s first show at London's Marquee Club, which had one of the biggest rock acts in the world.
The documentary has already aroused lots of expectations. Says Brett Morgan, Director “ the film will enthrall audiences with its aural and visual roller-coaster ride. The Crossfire Hurricane provides the audience with the opportunity to experience the band’s mythical journey from an unknown band to rock and roll royalty. This is not an academic history lesson.”
In the visual treatment the documentary examines the band's initial status as the ‘anti-Beatles’ and notoriously hedonistic rock-and-roll lifestyle.
Some of the lyrics of Crossfire Hurricane has been taken from one of their most popular albums “Jumpin Jack Flash.” According to the director, the film has lots of variety and covers concerts and footages that are historical and new. There are commentary footages from Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, Ron Wood, Mick Taylor, and Bill Wyman.
The timing is also perfect. The Crossfire Hurricane will coincide with the 50th Anniversary of the band. It has a London visit on the anvil. They may play four shows at the O2 Arena in London in November this year.
The film will be released theatrically in the UK during October before being broadcast on the BBC. In North America, the HBO will release the documentary. The Music Associate is delighted to publish all news, views and events in the music industry.
