Former manager in the hospitality industry joins the fleet-tracking organization to oversee the efficient handling of client services.

Hedy Watters joins the VFS team from Coach, Inc., where she was an associate manager. Prior to that, Watters worked in the hospitality industry where she spent a combined ten years working in management for Wyndham, Ritz-Carlton and Reunion Resorts.
As the director of client services, Watters will oversee all aspects of the Client Support Team in order to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service. This includes making sure all cases are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, as well to the client's satisfaction, and supporting the growth of new and existing client relationships.
