Online PR News – 27-September-2012 – Stamford, Connecticut – Stamford company Jewels For Hope, owned by mother/daughter duo Sandy & Stevie D’Andrea, is excited to announce that in association with The Artisan Group, their charity jewels were featured in a luxury celebrity gift lounge in honor of The 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards. Both Nominees and Presenters were invited to an exclusive location in Hollywood, California for this special event, hosted by GBK Productions this past weekend, September 21-22, 2012.
Jewels For Hope had their color-coded Glam Bracelets and Unisex Beaded Bracelets on display and all attending celebrities received one of these special charity bracelets in their Swag Bags!
During the event, these special Charity Bracelets caught the eye of not one, not two, but four celebrities! These celebrities include Once Upon A Time actor, Eion Bailey, Dexter star, Erik King, The LA Complex actress Krista Allen, and So You Think You Can Dance choreographer, Christopher Scott. Each celebrity took a great product shot wearing these bracelets, and Erik and Eion loved them so much they took the display pieces home with them!
When Jewels For Hope participated in GBK’s previous event, The MTV Movie Awards Gift Lounge, Disney’s “Shake It Up” star, Roshon Fegan loved his Unisex Charity Bracelet so much he sported it in his new music video, “I Dooz This”.
With Jewels For Hope, everyone can Look Great & Donate!
Jewels For Hope creates handmade jewelry that donates a portion of the profits to 18 organizations (and counting!). Each item Sandy and Stevie make is color-coded to one of these worthy causes close to their hearts.
Sandy started this company in 2009 after being a caregiver to her mother who suffered from Parkinson’s disease and Dementia. While she sat at home caring for her mother, she taught herself the art of jewelry design and started giving her creations to the wonderful Hospice nurses. Once she started selling her pieces, Sandy started donating a portion of the profits to Hospice and since then the company has grown to include 17 more causes.
As well as growing in donations, Sandy’s eldest daughter Stevie joined the company in early 2010. Graduating from The Fashion Institute of Technology, Stevie promotes Jewels For Hope and has learned jewelry design from her mother. The perfect team!
Since being accepted into The Artisan Group and participating in numerous gift lounges hosted by GBK Productions, you can now view Jewels For Hope's Charity Bracelets on celebs ranging from Meredith Vieira to Stacy London!
