Daimer Launches First Steam Cleaner Vacuums to Eradicate MRSA
New technology targets harmful bacteria plaguing the health care industry
Online PR News – 01-October-2012 –WOBURN, MA U.S.A – Daimer Industries, Inc.®, an industry-leading steam cleaner provider, has achieved outstanding recognition for its proprietary line of commercial steam cleaner systems with its exclusive Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization® ( ATIS®) technology . ATIS® is now incorporated within the boilers of a number of Daimer® commercial and industrial steam cleaner models, including the KleenJet ® Mega 1000CVP vapor steam cleaner vacuum machine. The bacteria testing performed by a nationally-renowned testing laboratory, confirmed ATIS®'s positive impact on Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
"The lab results are a testament to the anti-microbial properties of Daimer®'s ATIS® technology, which resides within the Mega 1000CVP boiler," explained Mathew Baratta, a spokesperson for Daimer.com. "We are proud of our first-to-market technology of the most effective anti-bacterial technology of its type in the cleaning industry."
Steam Cleaner with Extraction Destroys MRSA
MRSA staph germs are recognized within the medical community to be resistant to common remedies. Unfortunately, deadly staph bacteria microbes have traveled beyond the confines of hospitals, nursing homes, and other settings within the medical arena to non-medical establishments affecting more of the general population. The strain has resulted in thousands of deaths and billions of dollars in health care costs since 2005.
The bacteria testing concluded ATIS® systems produce MRSA destruction rates of over 99%. Additional testing on harmful bacteria, such as Salmonella and E. Coli, showed similar kill levels of over 99%.
Each KleenJet ® Mega 1000CVP features a commercial extraction system with exclusive water capture and HEPA filter technologies. The machine also includes a heavy-gauge stainless steel boiler and replaceable heating elements. Steam pressure and vacuum controls are conveniently located on the hose gun for fingertip control, and the machine's cart allows the system to be transported easily within any building.
Commercial and industrial steam cleaner machines with vacuums allow for the simultaneous steaming and extracting while cleaning floors and other surfaces. Traditional methods were through the use of towels attached to floor tools, creating a steam mopping effect. Daimer®'s new extraction technology offers a more sanitary, productive, and simpler approach to the towel manipulation approach. Importantly, vapor machines are not carpet steam cleaner products, and are not designed to clean carpeting like professional carpet steam cleaner equipment.
The Mega 1000CVP at 1600 watts requires connection to any standard 100 volt, 15 amp wall connection within countries, such as those within North America, that use 60 Hz power. The machine produces pressure levels up to 105 psi and high temperature ratings up to 356ºF.
