Alpern Rosenthal Holds Blood Drive to Benefit the American Red Cross

As part of Alpern Rosenthalís Charity of the Month Campaign the Firm held a blood drive to benefit the American Red Cross on September 28, 2012. Nearly 20 donors pre-registered to give blood and a half dozen volunteers spent time as walkers and working the canteen.

Nearly 20 donors pre-registered to give blood and a half dozen volunteers spent time as walkers and working the canteen. Donors came from Alpern Rosenthal and other organizations with offices in Heinz 57 Center.

The Charity of the Month campaign began in January, 2011 as part of the firmís 50th anniversary celebration. It quickly became popular with both Alpern Rosenthal employees and local not-for-profit organizations, so much so that the program has now entered its second year.
