The family farm was awarded grant funding from the Norfolk Coast and Broads Development Programme to convert a redundant farm building into a specialist smokehouse. Using traditional smoking methods, the company incorporate wood chips from old whisky barrels to create a light and delicate flavour.

Their smoked chicken and duck breast is traditionally cured with molasses and gently smoked over whiskey infused oak chippings creating delicious flavours that are true to the taste.
