Boundary Bathrooms have had a great response on products such as acrylic baths and infrared saunas since exhibiting at the popular contemporary home show Grand Designs Live Birmingham.
Online PR News – 07-November-2012 – Colne, United Kingdom – Top UK bathroom retailer Boundary bathrooms are reporting great success after taking part in the recent Grand Designs Live consumer show in Birmingham. Exhibiting their products on a stand at the show has seen sales and brand awareness increase for the company, thanks in part to the large attendance at the show and the attractive unique products on offer.
The Grand Designs Live Birmingham show – taking place 12-14 October - actually saw its best year ever, with over 50,000 people attending to take a peek at a wide range of unique and imaginative products for the home; as well as presentations and seminars on a wide range of design topics. Boundary Bathrooms took advantage of this increased footfall, bringing along three staff to showcase some of their best products.
The company brought down a small taster of their products from their Colne and Warrington showrooms; plus also available on their extensive website. Two acrylic baths were available to view at the stand; the Quinta Bath and the Caius Bath. Their standout Cyprium Copper Bath was also on show, with the Platinum Copper Bath alongside it to complete the representation for the companies popular Copper Dragon Co. copper baths range. However, it wasn't just freestanding baths as a couple of their range of FIR infrared saunas; well known for their high quality and healing properties.
Joanne Butterworth, marketing manager and one of staff present at Grand Designs Live, explained how having a stand at the show benefited the company. “We saw a great presence at our stand, and we were always busy with people wanting to know more about the products we had on display. We always strive to offer something unique to the customer and the high interest in our stand – and of course Grand Designs itself - shows that customers are extremely interested in seeing something a little different."
Joanne also explained that customers also benefited from visiting the stand when it came to making the purchase. “We were well aware that many customers may not to commit to a purchase there and then so we came up with a way to reward them for taking the time out to visit our stand and also entice them to purchase one of the products at a later date. If a customer phoned up and quoted the words we gave out at the show we would offer them a £100 discount on our Cyprium and Platinum, as well as £50 off the Caius or Quinta. As soon as we got back to Colne we were getting plenty of calls to our sales lines with people enquiring about these product discounts, so it worked out well for us!”
Boundary Bathrooms have also confirmed that they will be returning to Grand Designs Birmingham in 2013, although a stand at the London show is yet to be decided. More information on these will be released at a later date.
