Henrė Chazaud is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and worked in NYC in such fine dining establishments as Maximes, Oceana, La Cote Basque and Le Pavillon. Later, he was responsible for food services at Memorial Medical Center in New Mexico and mastered a spectrum of assisted living community operations in Monterey, Los Angeles, and La Jolla.
