The hotel wholly accepts the aims and provisions of the applicable local Food Hygiene and Safety regulations, as being essential in maintaining and enhancing business performance standards. Training based on the application of scientific principles to food processing and production is regularly provided to relevant staff to ensure the continuous successful implementation of HACCP principles.
