BluePay, a leading provider of merchant account services, has expanded their business-to-business transaction capabilities to include Level 3 and Large Ticket processing, which provides the detailed reporting customers need and lower interchange rates for the merchant.
Online PR News – 28-August-2013 –BluePay, a leading provider of merchant processing services for industries such as retail, restaurant and e-commerce, announced recently that they have expanded their business-to-business transaction capabilities on their payment gateway to include Level 3 and Large Ticket processing. For companies securing government purchases, B2B transactions, or corporate purchasing accounts, Level 3 processing provides the detailed reporting customers need, while also delivering lower interchange rates for the merchant. By offering this detailed level of credit card processing, BluePay is able to provide a more convenient and accurate approach to business transactions and reporting.
“Our goal is to provide customers with the most convenient and secure processing solutions available, which includes helping businesses reduce costs and improve revenue. With Level 3 and large ticket processing, companies can make business-related purchases at a significantly lower rate. Because of the additional information fields required to qualify for Level 3 processing, companies not only save money on transactions, but also receive more accurate reporting,” says Kristen Gramigna, Director of BluePay.
“With Level 3 and large ticket processing, companies can make business-related purchases at a significantly lower rate. Because of the additional information fields required to qualify for Level 3 processing, companies not only save money on transactions, but also receive more accurate reporting.”
Not all gateways and processing networks are certified to handle Large Ticket and Level 3 processing, which requires a minimum of 12 extra fields of data on an individual transaction in order to qualify. In addition to the supplier name, sales tax amount and customer code collected though Level 2 processing, Level 3 transactions require information such as quantities, product codes and descriptions, units of measure, tax rates, freight, duty amount, and destination information. This full line-item detail allows businesses to keep track of all purchases made by employees on the corporate credit card.
In addition to providing detailed reporting on business-to-business and business-to-government transactions, Level 3 purchasing cards allow the customers — businesses, government representatives, organizations and corporations — to control the types of transactions made on the card by limiting the types of business through which purchases are made. This advantage eliminates the risk of inappropriate spending on the company credit card.
“At BluePay, we’re committed to helping businesses run smoothly and efficiently through secure networks and comprehensive services. From small-business owners to large corporations, we’re here to make processing credit cards more convenient, accurate and affordable for everyone. Our wide range of services, including nonprofit processing, accounting integration and Level 3 processing capabilities, further establishes BluePay as a one-stop solution for secure payment processing,” says Gramigna.
