Lisa Hunter is director of technology, Sandra Mattson, director of marketing strategy and communications, Dan O’Connor, director of marketing services and Andy Matznick, creative director.
Prior to joining Prisma, Lisa Hunter served as an IT project manager and technical writer for LEHunter Consulting, where she worked with companies like Embry Properties and Accenture. As Director of Technology, Hunter will manage and drive strategy for all IT related projects at Prisma; including software development, IT infrastructure and support for all MIS applications. She will also work with the sales team on complex IT integration projects for Prisma’s clients. Hunter is a graduate of the University of Arizona where she earned a Bachelor of Science in management information systems and marketing.
As Director of Marketing Strategy and Communications, Sandra Mattson manages integrated marketing campaigns and social strategies with a focus on data analytics for Prisma clients. Mattson began her career at Martz Agency as an account manager, after graduating from Northern Arizona University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in advertising, public relations and marketing, graduating summa cum laude. Prior to joining Prisma’s management team, Mattson served as an account manager for Interactive Sites, an agency that develops online applications for the hospitality industry. Mattson also spent four years as an account manager at AIR Marketing where she specialized in database marketing and the development of direct marketing strategies.
Dan O’Connor is a 30-year veteran in the advertising industry. Prior to joining Prisma as Director of Marketing Services, O’Connor managed his own agency, Addison Clark. Before launching his own firm, O’Connor spent six years as vice president of sales and marketing for Applied Creative. O’Connor started his career at Subia Corporation in 1984 where he earned multiple promotions and was made General Manager during his 16 year tenure with the company. He now oversees the operations for the marketing team and manages client relations. O’Connor earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lubbock Christian University where he also played baseball.
Andy Matznick is an award winning graphic designer that began his career Illinois shortly after earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1997. Matznick then moved to Arizona and joined JWT Specialized Communications as an Art Director, where he developed campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. He continued honing his skills as Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director for almost a decade and earned a number of industry accolades for his work before joining Addison Clark as a Principal and Creative Director in 2007. Recently named Creative Director for Prisma, Matznick will lead the design team, guide aesthetic direction for Prisma’s clients and manage third party partners.
