Proper Trade Show Booth Staffing Is The Subject Of Skyline Montreal's Free Seminar On June 5

Skyline Montreal is hosting a free seminar on June 5 for anyone interested in learning more about making tradeshow exhibits or a tabletop display that stands out and proper staffing of event booths.

Online PR News – 06-May-2014 – LACHINE, QC, CANADA – LACHINE, QC, CANADA - Skyline Exhibits is offering a free seminar on June 5 entitled "Trade Show Success: Trends and Booth Staffing." The seminar will be offered twice that day and will be held at the Skyline Montreal offices located at 1828, rue Onesime-Gagnon, Lachine, QC H8T 3M6.The morning session will be held in French and runs from 9:30 a.m. until 12 noon. The afternoon session will be held in English, running from 1:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Click here to register.

Both the morning and afternoon sessions will be divided into two parts. The first part of the event will focus on:

• In-booth technologies and how to use them to your advantage and make a trade show booth or tabletop display stand out.
• How to make the most of social media in trade shows.
• Promotions and activities not to be neglected.

Exhibitors really value our seminars. They provide them with tips and tricks that help improve brand recognition and maximize their ROI, while avoiding some of the most common mistakes. We enjoy offering the seminars and hearing from exhibitors directly some of the challenges they face and the questions they have.

The second part of the seminar will be devoted to booth staffing, in particular:

• Proper selection and training of booth staffers.
• Establishing a game plan, including teamwork and scheduling.
• Post-show follow-ups and results measurement.

"Trade shows are all about face to face conversations. If booth staff isn't properly trained on how to manage those conversations then the event can be a complete waste of time and money. What we are trying to do with the Trade Show Success seminars is teach exhibitors how to prepare for exhibiting from both the hardware or booth standpoint as well as the human staffing standpoint. Time and energy must be devoted to both aspects in order to have a successful trade show exhibiting experience," said Christine Leroux, Marketing Coordinator at Skyline Montreal (http://www.skylinemontreal.com/)

Skyline Montreal works closely with their clients to design engaging exhibits that resonate with booth visitors, but recognizes that effective exhibiting requires more than a great-looking trade show booth. As a result, the trade show display company offers educational seminars periodically to help their clients make the most of their trade show investments.

"Exhibitors really value our seminars. They provide them with tips and tricks that help improve brand recognition and maximize their ROI, while avoiding some of the most common mistakes. We enjoy offering the seminars and hearing from exhibitors directly some of the challenges they face and the questions they have," explained Ms. Leroux.

The June 5 seminars are two of three free events that Skyline Montreal is hosting this spring. Learn more about upcoming seminars at: http://www.skyline.ca/seminars/.
