WA Housing Centre Gives First Home Buyers In Perth $10,000 Towards New Homes

WA Housing Centre's latest special offer doubles the First Home Owners Grant amount to $20,000 for qualified first home owners in Perth.

Online PR News – 03-August-2014 – PERTH, AUSTRALIA – WA Housing Centre just made it easier for first home buyers in Perth to get into the home of their dreams. The builder is running a "Double The Grant" promotion that doubles the amount of the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG). Since most new home buyers in Perth receive $10,000 in FHOG, qualified WA Housing Centre customers can see that amount pushed to $20,000. The additional $10,000 is a match paid by WA Housing Centre towards the purchase of new construction from the builder.

"The promotion is called Double The Grant but even buyers who don't qualify for the First Home Owners Grant in Perth can still receive $10,000 to use towards the purchase of a home from WA Housing Centre. So even buyers who aren't buying their first home can still realise $10,000 in savings," explained Mark Anderson of WA Housing Centre (www.wahousingcentre.com.au).

The First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) is one of the most prominent of housing incentives for first home owners in Perth. The money is often used to offset the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on home purchases, saving first home buyers money when they purchase a home. The FHOG is a true grant and does not have to be repaid.

"This promotion is a limited opportunity so I really encourage interested buyers to contact us right away. They can start the process online or give us a call at either our Perth office or the South West office. Consultations are always free and there's absolutely no obligation," said Anderson.

WA Housing Centre has been the one stop shop for first homes for over 20 years. The company's Home and Land Specialists assist buyers every step of the way, from meeting the loan requirements, to securing the land and designing the homes.

"We have a soft spot for first home buyers. It's very exciting to see people buying their first home. The excitement is contagious, really. We know the process can be intimidating which is why we work so hard to make it easy for first home buyers to design their dream home," said Anderson.
