Women Authors Come Together to Celebrate the Compilation of Speaking Your Truth
Online PR News – 31-August-2010 –Denver, CO - August 30, 2010 --- Forty-nine contributing authors shared their personal stories of health and healing, family matters, faith, and self-discovery in the anthology Speaking Your Truth: Courageous Stories from Inspiring Women.
“This inspirational book reveals the sisterhood that women share on journeys to healing, choice, change, and self realization. The stories will touch your soul” says Shelly Moorman, coach and speaker.
Speaking Your Truth was created by Lisa Shultz and Andrea Costantine, both Denver entrepreneurs who are passionate about writing, authenticity, and empowerment. The book came together as iZoar Artist, Janice Earhart agreed to bring the book to life through her heartfelt characters that share inspiring messages with the world.
The book was launched on Amazon.com in late August and reached #3 in the self-help/motivational category, #19 in new releases overall, and #1 in the movers and shakers category over a twenty-four hour period. The book launch celebration will be held on Tuesday, September 14th at Cork House Wine on Colfax Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
“As I saw the book come together, I knew a celebration was in order to acknowledge the women who have stepped up to share their stories and to honor everyone who contributed to helping us get this book out into the world,” says co-author Lisa Shultz.
The celebration at Cork House Wine is a free event and open to the public. The event will consist of book signing, book sales, vendor tables, and light appetizers sponsored by contributing authors.
