Liquid Accounts have been credited by the ICAEW and mentioned in the Sotware guide 2010.
Online PR News – 08-October-2010 –Liquid sponsored and exhibited at Friday’s event held at the Chartered Accountants Hall in London. They were one of many organisations that attended, alongside the market giants Microsoft.
The event was in aid to launch the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Online Accounting Software Guide and Liquid Accounts were thrilled to be included, second year running. The respected guide mentions Liquids award-winning software and highlights their modular and scalable design structure.
The Liquid Accounts system has a longer history than most of the online accounting systems out there, and its longevity seems assured; early in 2010 it gained more than £750,000 in equity funding. Because the system is based on a traditional ‘enterprise level’ solution, it offers a depth of functionality that is unusual in online accounting systems, but this is masked with a veneer of simplicity.
There are several multi-national companies using the system, and scalability has yet to be a problem, meaning ambitious small businesses can start with an entry-level system, knowing that Liquid Accounts has the capacity to grow along with their business.
Speaking about Liquid’s inclusion in the Online Accounting Software Guide, Liquid’s Managing Director, Matt Holmes, said:
“We’re delighted to be included in the ICAEW’s Online Accounting Software Guide for the second year running. Having celebrated our fifth birthday this summer, our inclusion in the guide highlights how much we are growing as a cloud accounting market-leader and is testament to the effort put in by our team.”
Matt raised the issues surrounding accounting, and highlighted the benefits of using cloud software that enables accountants to manage clients’ accounts online. Matt presented ‘in the cloud’ via Google Docs.
End.
