Essays were written and submitted by Limoges lovers from around the country. The top essays were selected by a committee and then voted on by the Limoges.com team.  The winning essay was written by Nancy Unger and is titled, “Rain, Courage, and a Blue Umbrella.”

Nancy’s story is one of strong compassion and emotion.  “Limoges pieces are very significant to a lot of people, but there is so much meaning behind Nancy’s Limoges umbrella stand,” said Kyle Hess, Brand Manager at Limoges.com.  “Her Limoges piece affords her comfort, happiness, and an appreciation for life.”
