Adventure Network Internationalís new Antarctic travel website. Fun facts. Seriously informative.

Adventure Network Internationalís new Antarctic travel website www.adventure-network.com shares fun and interesting facts about the icy continent. But ANI is about much more than just Polar Trivia (www.adventure-network.com/polar-trivia). Their new website is also seriously informative with easy-to-find information on everything from how they fly their guests from South America deep into the heartland of Antarctica and their luxurious expedition-style camp at Union Glacier, to their range of guided Antarctic Experiences and sections on the Antarctic environment and Antarctic Treaty.

Online PR News – 30-May-2011 – – Did you know ... Captain Robert Falcon Scott was the first person to take flight in Antarctica, that leaf fossils collected by Scottís expedition were central to the theory of Gondwana or that this vast, white continent has not one but four Poles?

Adventure Network Internationalís new Antarctic travel website www.adventure-network.com shares fun and interesting facts about the icy continent. But ANI is about much more than just Polar Trivia (www.adventure-network.com/polar-trivia). Their new website is also seriously informative with easy-to-find information on everything from how they fly their guests from South America deep into the heartland of Antarctica and their luxurious expedition-style camp at Union Glacier, to their range of guided Antarctic Experiences and sections on the Antarctic environment and Antarctic Treaty.

The newly designed site makes it easy to find just the right Antarctic Experience, with a choice of guided trips ranging from South Pole flights and expedition-style ski programs to photo safaris with Emperor penguins and ascents of Mount Vinson. Whether looking to take a flight to the South Pole, ski the Last Degree to the Pole or spend 60-days on a challenging ski expedition from the edge of the continent to the Pole there are informative Experience pages (including fitness levels required) for each option. With extensive photo galleries to bring each Antarctic Experience alive.

A searchable matrix of Antarctic Experiences will help website visitors find the best Experience for them using several filters: departure date; activity type (for example photography, ice-climbing, wildlife or even marathon running); activity level (from easy through to extremely strenuous) and feature (such as South Pole, seven summits, Mount Vinson or Mount Sidley). Alternatively, ANI offer the option to design a completely Bespoke Experience for their guests.

Individual Experience pages put everything at the fingertips from the trip itinerary and departure dates and prices to location maps and frequently asked questions. By browsing through the photo gallery, the website visitor will see images showing where to go and what to do in Antarctica, along with some fabulous scenery shots and guests in action. The site also suggests ĎSimilar Experiencesí that may be of interest and itís very easy to book a trip!

ANI works hard to be an environmental leader in Antarctica. Their commitment to sustainability is highlighted in the Environmental Ethic statement on practically every web page. There is also an informative section on how ANI care for the Antarctic environment and the practical steps taken to preserve and protect it, along with guidelines for visitors to Antarctica.

ANIís new website not only captures the spirit of Antarctica but also reflects the passion of a company that, 25-years ago, was the first to offer airborne travel to Antarctica and to date remains the only company operating a private luxury camp and full support service deep in the Antarctic interior.

So take a look at www.adventure-network.com and find more on travel Experiences in the interior of this great Continent as well as some polar trivia on Captain Scottís Antarctic flight, Gondwana and The Four Poles (Geographic, Magnetic, Geomagnetic and Inaccessibility)!

ANIís new website has been designed by Venture Web www.ventureweb.net
