Online PR News – 21-July-2011 – – Rebecca Bomann, CEO and Founder of The SASH Program, recently announced the launch of The SASH Radio Program, a one-hour show heard every fourth Friday of the month at 8:00 a.m. on KKNW AM 1150 Seattle. SASH’s highest priority, since the service was founded, has been to provide seniors with resources, options and solutions for their home sale. The SASH Radio Program is a way for SASH to share their experiences and resources with a larger audience, and to reach seniors who might still be caught in a difficult situation.

Ms. Bomann, who has a background in social work, founded The SASH Program in 2005 after helping her own Grandfather sell his home. Rebecca thought there should be a less stressful and easier way for seniors to sell their homes, and so she started SASH. The SASH Program purchases seniors’ homes in a private and custom-designed home sale, allowing them to bypass the stress, unknowns, and work of a conventional market sale. Each senior client of SASH is treated with integrity, respect, and dignity as evidenced by the abundance of testimonials from former clients and their families.

Every time I meet with Rebecca I learn about something new that can help seniors. I'm so glad SASH now has this radio program so she can share all that knowledge.

On noting the launch of The SASH Radio Program, Rebecca Bomann said, “My own Grandfather's home sale was a long and difficult experience, and I imagine there are thousands of family members who are now in that same position. Our hope is that seniors and their families can use The SASH Radio Program as a powerful resource to help them achieve a successful and smooth home sale." Ms. Bomann went on to say, “We are thrilled to serve our listening audience this way, and look forward to years of enabling successful senior home sales."

For many years, SASH team members have sat across kitchen tables from senior homeowners and their families, explaining different home sale options, and sharing the tools and resources that SASH has gained through their experience. The SASH Radio Program is simply that - a conversation around the kitchen table. It is a conversation that shows respect to the history of the senior's home, the memories shared there, and the sensitive issues of aging and care that accompany the transition to retirement living.

Jane Conrad, a Senior Real Estate Specialist for John L. Scott who has helped over 200 seniors successfully sell their home and downsize into retirement living, was an in-studio guest on the initial airing of The SASH Radio Program. Ms. Conrad stated, “Every time I meet with Rebecca I learn about something new that can help seniors. I'm so glad SASH now has this radio program so she can share all that knowledge. This show is a chance to hear experts provide valuable insights into how to access the resources available for assisting seniors in their life plans, whether it's home care, moving or choosing a future home.”

SASH's standards in senior care have earned the company an A+ rating with the BBB, and a stellar customer satisfaction record. Since this innovative service was launched in 2005, The SASH Program has become a leader in the local elder care community.
