Local Company Turns to Charitable Giving Despite Economy

A small Michigan company is giving back in a big way and doing it's part to help fight breast cancer. Esigns.com is donating 10% of every order that uses the discount code pink-ribbon to the Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit, Michigan.

Online PR News – 13-October-2011 – – Detroit, MI – Despite the present economic conditions across the country, some companies are managing to find ways to expand their philanthropic practices.

Esigns.com is giving back to the community in a big way and joining the fight to help beat breast cancer.

"Cancer does something to a person that's hard to define. It can consume your identity," says Christopher Culver, an Esigns CSR who is the son of a cancer survivor. He went on to say, "the people at Karmanos don't believe that. They care for their patients in a way that is both professional and personal. They treat cancer like a temporary obstacle, rather than a definitive end. They give grace and dignity to the people under their care."

By Karmanos, he’s referring to the Karmanos Cancer Institute located in Detroit, MI, that Esigns recently formed a Community Partnership with to help raise the funds. They created the discount code “pink-ribbon” just for this event. When it is entered, 10% of the order total will be donated to the Karmanos Cancer Institute. The code can be used on their full line of products found at www.Esigns.com.

Esigns’ hope is that, while no discount is provided, their customers won’t mind, because the quality they getting for the price is above and beyond what is normally found elsewhere. Combine that with the following testimonials found on Reseller Ratings.com and the cause it’s for, and they’re pretty optimistic they can make a difference.

Esigns.com is an online print company, specializing in vinyl banners and large format signs. Their production facility is located in Brighton, MI and they offer some of the fastest printing and shipping times of any sign company that serves the US and Canada.
