Dr. Energy Saver Lansing has joined with BetterBuildings for Michigan and Michigan Energy Option to cut utility costs in Bath and DeWitt Township by June 2012.

Online PR News – 22-April-2012 – Lansing, MI – Lansing, MI - Dr. Energy Saver Lansing has joined the race to improve energy efficiency and slash utility costs in approximately 760 homes in Bath and DeWitt Township by June 2012. They are partnering with BetterBuildings for Michigan and Michigan Energy Options to give homeowners the opportunity to receive a Home Energy Assessment, the first step to home energy conservation.

As one of only four certified energy contractors chosen for the program, Dr. Energy Saver Lansing will provide the home energy assessment as well as the installation of energy-saving equipment such as new thermostats, low-flow showerheads and light bulbs. The services and equipment are valued at up to $1,000 but homeowners are asked to invest a one-time payment of just $50 to take advantage of this new program.

BetterBuildings for Michigan is a $30 million program supported by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) that uses a community approach to deliver energy efficient improvements by providing homeowners access to incentives and affordable loans.

Dr. Energy Saver Lansing provides quality services and products to help homeowners reduce their energy bills and simultaneously increase energy efficiency.
