These unique floor plans and artfully designed spaces allow for small-scale living in a tranquil, beautifully landscaped environment," said Casey Land, Owner, Land Development & Building. Cottage living provides several advantages not offered by most modern suburbs. The centrally located common walkways and gardens, in lieu of a street down the middle of the neighborhood, allow for an opportunity for neighbors to connect and get to know each other.
The artfully crafted cottage homes provide small-scale living without losing the benefits of modern amenities. Every space is utilized, providing ample storage without leaving how owners feeling overwhelmed by the excess space or clutter often found in modern, larger styled homes.
The open spaces, gardens and beautifully architected styles of the cottages in a pocket neighborhood provides for peaceful, relaxed living and will leave you feeling better connected with neighbors and the community.
Inglenook communities are more than just beautifully designed houses; it is a masterfully architected community that provides the connection and support of Rockwell neighborhoods of the past, in tranquilly designed cottage homes full of the amenities of today.
