Blanca Commercial Real Estate Tapped to Lease Waterford Centre Office Building in Miami

The 91,000 square foot, class A office building becomes newest addition to firm’s leasing portfolio.

Online PR News – 16-August-2012 – Miami, FL – Miami-based brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Waterford Centre, a 91,000 square foot class A office building at 6205 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami-Dade County’s Miami Airport submarket. The assignment follows Boston-based real estate investment manager New Boston Fund’s recent acquisition of Waterford Centre and becomes Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s second listing on behalf of the institutional owner – with One Park Square at Doral being the first listing purchased by New Boston in late 2010.
Waterford Centre – located inside the 250-acre Waterford at Blue Lagoon corporate office park – was constructed in 1999 and has since attracted a strong roster of tenants, including Xerox, McAfee, Ricondo and Associates, Travel Traders and OMD USA. The building is currently 76 percent occupied.

Blanca Commercial Real Estate President and CEO Tere Blanca will spearhead leasing and marketing for the property alongside Executive Vice President Danet Linares and Associate Andres del Corral.
