Richard Bubnowski Design Receives two 2012 Design Excellence Awards by Residential Design + Build Magazine
Online PR News – 31-August-2012 – Arlington Heights, Illinois – Richard Bubnowski Design LLC has been named a 2012 Design Excellence Award winner by Residential Design + Build magazine for two of their recently completed custom home design projects along the New Jersey coast. The annual awards program recognizes residential design and construction firms for excellence in the single-family custom home market.
The panel of judges that selected the 2012 Design Excellence Award winners consisted of two architects and two custom home builders. The judges chose Richard Bubnowski Design for its success at addressing challenges, design creativity and overall dedication to success, and as proof of the firm’s unwavering quality as the nation’s housing market begins its slow recovery.
“We are honored to receive this recognition. This year we were fortunate to be the recipients of two Design Excellence Awards for two recently completed projects along the New Jersey coast. Our South Surf Road project in Silver Beach received the “Best Vacation Home” award and our New Moon Cottage project on Long Beach Island received the “Best Custom Home Less Than 3000 square feet” award.”
Founded in 2004, Richard Bubnowski Design specializes in the design of custom single family homes as well as furniture inspired by traditional and contemporary architectural styles. Most of their award winning work has been along the coast of New Jersey, but for a national based clientele.
Profiles of the firms and projects selected as winners of the 2012 Design Excellence Awards were published in the July/August 2012 issue of Residential Design + Build and on the magazine’s website at ForResidentialPros.com.
“It’s always inspiring to see the excellent residential design that members of our audience are creating each year,” says Rob Heselbarth, editor of Residential Design + Build. “The firms that win these awards have mastered the art of giving a client what they want, on time and within budget. It’s a pleasure to browse through them each year. Presenting these winning projects to the housing industry is our way of thanking the hard-working architects and builders for continuing to raise the level of professionalism and creativity in the residential construction industry.”
John Huff, group publisher, adds, “The winners of the 2012 Design Excellence Awards are the newest members of an elite class of architects, designers and builders that personify the meaning of the word excellence. They truly represent some of the best projects in the country – and we are proud to showcase the winners within the pages of Residential Design + Build and on ForResidentialPros.com.”
