Announces search for Students, Mentors and Corporate Sponsors for 2012-2013 school year. Best Buy Aventura and One FireFly LLC Commits Resources and Staff Support

Online PR News – 25-October-2012 – Miami, FL – The On It Foundation announces "Best Buy" Aventura, FL and One FireFly LLC, Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale, FL has pledged staff and resource support in efforts to build excitement and peek students’ interest in technology. The foundation is seeking students who would like to participate in robotics design, adults to serve as mentors and local businesses who are interested in supporting this cause.

Why Robotics?

What’s in it for our Children?
There are over $14 million dollars in scholarship opportunities for kids who compete in FIRST Competitions. This Robotics team is the start of an annual program for High School participants. In the future, The On It Foundation hopes to also sponsor teams at other age competition levels in the FIRST program. For more information on FIRST visit: www.USFirst.org

Orientation for "Team On It!" is Thursday, November 1, 2012. Enrollment is open to high school students and participation is FREE.
