Petro’s diverse, cross-functional background spans 16 years in the corporate world in customer service, operations, administration, sales, marketing and strategic planning, and 13 years as a consultant, executive coach and professor. She earned an MBA with an emphasis in strategic planning from Pepperdine University and a BA in Psychology from Youngstown State University.
