The new Android chat app includes all the goodies of the predecessor and brings some new features with improvements. This latest release has improved the stability, intuitiveness and utility of the live chat application. Major new features include:

Detailed Chat Visitors Monitoring

Along with many other useful information about chat visitor tracking, two additional fields have been added, which are:
Current Page Title: This really helps the live customer support staff in providing proactive support and relevant information during the online chat conversations.
Number of Clicks: This shows how many pages a visitor has browsed on your website. More information shares the level of interest a visitor has, and helps online support and sales teams in identifying the potential leads.

Work with Offline Messages

This newly added feature really compliments the overall use of the mobile application. Earlier, our customers had to sign into the web based live chat version of the application to check and respond to the offline messages. However, this new feature will allow the live help representatives to:

Respond to unanswered queries and view previous responses.
Mark as Spam or Delete offline messages.

Now adding a canned message response during a conversation is just a tap away. This improves the response time of the live chat operators.
