Online PR News – 24-October-2013 – Philadelphia, PA – Philadelphia band, Live Not On Evil to premier new video, Switchblade Angles, at Liberty Vintage Cycles on First Friday November 1st. No cover, free drinks, open to public 9pm.
The new video, directed by cinematographer David Garcia of White Coil Visuals on Friday November 1st. The release party will be where the video was shot, Liberty Vintage Cycles at 2212 Sepviva Street. The Frankford Avenue corridor of Fishtown has become a very popular “First Friday” attraction, and this will prove to be a very interesting and unusual way to explore the arts. It will be a full on punk-rock-n-roll party with live music, djs, and a performance by the award winning mentalist Lucas Simmons. Fans of the Discovery Channel series “Philly Throttle” will surly already feel familiar with the location
Live Not On Evil has recently released their third full-length album entitled “When Everything Goes Down” on Creep Records distributed worldwide by Hostile City Distribution. The video is for a song from the album called “Switchblade Angels”. A.D. Amorosi of the Philadelphia City Paper had this to say about the new album “This is Live Not On Evil’s tightest, harshest effort — and possibly its most personal”. The band has been together since 2000 and has received critical acclaim both here and abroad.
“Dark and heavy rock-n-roll with thick, thick pounding guitars, enchanting vocal lines, very atmospheric, and very dominant”. N.F.T. Magazine London
“I hope this album assures that they are on the map so that they can go on to leave a fine legacy”. Rock Historian Mick Mercer London
