Online PR News – 01-July-2010 – – What in a name? After 13 years of offering premium rawhide braiding under the name "Three Bar B Rawhide Tack," we have decided to change our company name. Our goal has always been to offer braiding from the best braiding families to horsemen and woman worldwide. Our new name " Traditional Rawhide Braiders", we feel, best describes what we do. When you look over our new website you will see that our roots are from South America and southern Spain. You will see pictures on our site of famous vaqueros from Peru and southern Spain. The vaquero tradition ran deep with the people you see in these pictures, and the braided rawhide tack they used was from the best braiders living at the time. We offer braiding from the same families that braided for the Dapelo and Muro families dating back to the turn of the century. We have a collection of antique braiding dating back to pre 1850.

Although the styles of braided rawhide tack are different when you travel from southern Spain, to Peru, to Brazil, to Venezuela, to Colombia, to Mexico, to Hawaii and finally to America, there was something common with it all. The best-trained vaquero horsemen always used the braided tack from the best braiders. That is where we excel. Through our extensive travels we have come to know, befriend and represent some of the best rawhide braiders living today. Our rawhide braiders can braid any style. They have mastered the art of braiding and hitching rawhide.
