Online PR News – 18-April-2014 – Santa Clara, CA – Ethernet Technology Summit (ETS) today announced Geng Lin, CTO of Corporate Networks of Google, will present “The Role of SDN in Enterprise Cloud Networking”. The keynote is scheduled for 2:30-3:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, May 1, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.
As CTO of Corporate Networks at Google, Geng leads the development of enterprise networking architecture to support the cloud-based IT service model both within Google and with Google cloud customers. He was previously CTO of Networking Business (and Dell Fellow) at Dell where he led technology strategy, system architecture, product innovation, and partnership and acquisition of key technologies. A 20-year veteran of the networking industry, he has prior experience with Cisco, Netopia, and Nortel. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia.

The 5th Annual Ethernet Technology Summit (ETS) will be held on April 29-May 1 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. ETS14 expects attendance to be well above 2013, extending double-digit gains another year.
