Jupiter, Florida – A new publication, entitled Mergers & Acquisitions 101 is now available on Amazon.com. Authored by Robert C. To get a real hands-on feel for the documentation in these transactions, the book also includes samples of a merger agreement, an asset purchase agreement, and a lengthy due diligence checklist used to accumulate all of the necessary information to evaluate a merger candidate, among other samples.

He has represented indigent clients and international celebrities, and everyone in between.
