Models 9200D and 9210D are ideal for troubleshooting critical hydro- and wind-power vibration alarms, field testing seismic detection systems protecting nuclear power plants or for use in any situation where accurate low-frequency measurements are required.

Featuring the lowest frequency response capability of any portable shaker table, each model offers an internal high-resolution quartz reference accelerometer providing unparalleled accuracy. A rugged carbon fiber composite armature supports the heavy sensor payloads typical of the hydro-power market. The durable Pelican® Storm case and long battery life make it ideal for use on the plant floor. Closed-loop control allows technicians to change amplitudes and speeds easily for quick and accurate critical alarm functionality tests. The calibrators can be scaled in displacement, velocity or acceleration (metric or English units).

Model 9210D adds on-board memory and calibration certificate generation capability, helping companies reduce perceived insurance risk. Immediate instrument verification is available via sensitivity display on the brightly lit LCD screen. The test sensor input supplies ICP® power or can be toggled to Voltage mode, allowing the unit to calculate sensitivity and create calibration certificates for Eddy current probes and moving coil velocity sensors. ISO 17025-compliant calibration certificates are created via Microsoft® Excel® macro for both linearity and frequency response.
