Online PR News – 23-October-2016 – Southend-on-Sea, Essex – The event, led by Tom, involved a black tie dinner with charity auction, as well as a sponsored skydive. Held at The Roslin Beach Hotel, the evening event saw representatives from well-known businesses across Essex unite to raise tens of thousands of pounds that will go towards treating the poorly children of Great Ormond Street. The cause is one that is especially close to Tom’s heart who, as a child, was diagnosed with Leukaemia and treated by the wonderful doctors and nurses at Great Ormond Street Hospital.rnrnAs part of the event, a team of 26 Essex business men and women were asked to experience their ‘Oh My GOSH!’ moment by taking on an extreme challenge. This year that challenge was to skydive out of an aeroplane from an altitude of 13,000 feet. ‘Oh My GOSH!’ is set to become an annual event with similar extreme challenges in mind for future years. rnrnTom would like to thank guests for their support and congratulate them on raising such a phenomenal amount of money for the children of Great Ormond Street.
