Element Restaurant and Lounge to Offer Special Five-Course Menu for New Year’s Eve

A special wine pairing is also available, along with snacks and a midnight champagne toast.

Starting at 5 p.m. on Sat., December 31, the restaurant will offer a special five-course prix fixe menu with optional wine pairing at an additional cost. The lounge will also offer a snack menu developed exclusively for New Year’s Eve and will host a midnight champagne toast for guests.

Element focuses on a seasonal menu made with fresh, locally sourced fare that is served in a sophisticated, open-concept atmosphere. The New Year’s Eve menu will offer an elevated bread service and choices between salad and soup, two pastas, two main entrées and two desserts.

Vegan and vegetarian options are available with advanced notice. Patrons should also advise staff of any other dietary restrictions in advance to ensure proper accommodation.

“Our New Year’s Eve menu will feature dishes exclusively made for that night such as smoked beet salad with arugula, goat cheese and pine nuts, foie tortellini, warm lobster salad, and a Nutella torte with coffee ice cream, “ says Element Chef Josh Charles. “Since it’s a special night, we wanted our menu to have a celebratory feel.”

Dinner guests can celebrate into the New Year in Element’s sleek, elegant lounge. Seating times will be offered throughout the night but are limited; guests are encouraged to book early to reserve their desired time.

Dinner is $55 per person, and additional wine pairing is $35 per person. Seating begins at 5 p.m.

Element Restaurant and Lounge is located off Lafayette Square on 1419 Caroll Street and offers contemporary comfort food using local, seasonal ingredients and a menu that changes seasonally. Guests can enjoy small and large shareable plates in an expansive, sophisticated, open-concept atmosphere.
