Online PR News – 17-August-2017 – LEXINGTON, Mass. – Ipswitch®, the leader in easy to deploy, manage and use file transfer and network management software, has released an updated version of iMacros, the world’s most popular web automation, data extraction and web testing software. Enhancements to iMacros Editor 12 include custom syntax highlighting which can be exchanged between installations, besides an optimized layout. The new UI has been revamped for easier navigation and a more user-friendly experience including docking of the recording options window for access during recording, custom naming and an appending of new recordings. Image validation algorithms are faster and more reliable using more efficient memory allocation. Enhanced security with FIPS compliant, AES-256 encryption is now available.

“At the Independent Evaluation Unit of the World Bank, we are using iMacros Enterprise Edition to automate information quality audits of institutional sites and also to streamline our information gathering and research tasks without taxing corporate IT resources,” said Alex McKenzie, Senior Information Officer at the World Bank. “iMacros’ smooth integration with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access allows a quick implementation and great flexibility.”
